– Passengers returning from their Cruise to the Port–

Upon arrival at the Port, please retrieve your luggage and locate your representative. If you cannot locate the representative, please call our office, toll free 1-888-817-4529. This is a free call. No change is needed for the pay phone.

Your driver will be waiting in a holding area outside the Cruise Terminal Building . We ask you to give us a phone call at 1-888-817-4529 and let us know that you (and your luggage) have exited the Cruise Ship so the driver can meet you. Due to the high temperatures in Florida the driver may not be visible outside until we receive your call.

– Passengers arriving to SANFORD ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT –

Upon arrival in Sanford, please proceed directly to Baggage Claim, once you have retrieved your luggage, please locate your representative.

If you cannot locate the representative, please call our office, toll free 1-888-817-4529.

This is a free call. No change is needed for the pay phone.

Your driver will be waiting in a holding area adjacent to the Main Terminal Building.

Its about 2 minutes away.

Due to the security regulations at the airport, we cannot move into the Pick up Area until you have your luggage and are ready for immediate departure.

However, in case of bad weather, flight delays, or a missed connection we ask that the driver remove the vehicle from the airport commercial vehicle pickup area. This way the company will not have to pay additional fees to the Sanford airport authority.
Also, to avoid any additional fees charged by the Sanford airport authority we watch the flights as they're approaching Sanford via computer real time.
