cancellation *

Rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before
the pickup time for no charge to be assessed.

Should a cancellation occur in less than 12 hours
before the pickup time there will be no refund.

A cancellation prior to that will be refunded in
full less 10% processing fees.

A "no-show" will be charged in full.

However, in case of bad weather, flight,
cruise ship delays, or a missed connection, we may ask that the driver
move the vehicle from the airport commercial vehicle pickup area to a
cooler spot, under a nearby palm tree. This way the company will not
have to pay additional fees for excessive parking time usage. To avoid
all other additional charges by the greater Orlando airport authority,
we watch the flights as they're approaching Orlando via computer
real-time.
